In skeb-like commissions, there are only two stages; (1) You will only receive a sketch for your approval and will not be updated with the whole process, (2) When the artwork is done, you will receive the final rendered artwork. Commission at your own risk.(The following does NOT apply to skeb-like commissions:)Progress shots with each stage will be sent for your approval.Revisions AFTER APPROVING a stage would entail additional fees.You will then receive AT LEAST TWO versions of the rendered artwork (applicable to plain character illustrations only):
1. A transparent PNG file of the character with a subtle watermark
2. A PNG file of the character with a plain background with a subtle watermark

GENERAL
✦ I may or may not accept rushed commissions
✦ Expect a one-week minimum to eight weeks maximum completion time unless otherwise stated
✦ Digital files will be sent via email/google drive
✦ Do NOT remove my watermark
✦ I retain the copyright of all commissioned artworks made
✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned art anywhere and include it in my portfolio
✦ You may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own creation
✦ If you want to alter the commissioned artwork, please inform me first─✩✩✩─PAYMENT || ADDITIONAL CHARGES
✦ Do NOT send me any payment without confirming the commission to me first
✦ Payment upfront via invoice (USD)
✦ Additional charges may apply for:
(1) commissions for commercial use
(2) rushed commissions
(3) watermark removal
(4) significant revisions and/or multiple revisions
(5) character design complexity
(6) background art complexity
(7) additional items or characters
(8) outfit/character design─✩✩✩─COMMERCIAL USE
✦ The commissioned works are for NON-COMMERCIAL use only (you may use them anywhere, except for profit/commercial purposes (selling prints, merch, redistribution, subscription sites, etc.))
✦ If you intend to use the commissioned artworks for commercial purposes, please discuss them with me first
✦ No AI/NFTS─✩✩✩─REFUND || CANCELLATION
✦ You may only cancel if the commission has not been started yet
✦ Refunds will only be given if I cannot finish the commission for whatever reason on my end.
✦ I will inform you and transfer back the full payment myself─✩✩✩─BLACKLIST || BAN
✦ You will be blacklisted from future commissions if:
(1) you send a chargeback
(2) you break any of my terms above
